Develop and maintain a close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTEXT
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase online visibility.
As work to build positive relationships with customers, Customer support executive use the following items:
Computers: to input data, Perform basic office functions and keep in touch via email with others in the company and with clients.
Phones: the primary communication device used for conversations with customers.
Online Chat: Communicating with customers electronically through the platform on the company’s website.
Plan and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns, utilizing various platforms and channels to achieve targeted result.
Generate innovative and engaging ideas for marketing and communication initiatives that align with organizations vision, mission and goals.
Implement brand promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing and communication activities and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, partners, customers and other relevant parties.
Presentation of weekly and monthly performance report to senior management.
Any other task assigned by the authority.
COMPENSATION & OTHER BENEFITS:
Provisional period one year:
After successfully completion of the provisional period she may be permanent and salary may be revised.
Two festival bonuses will be applicable after completion of the provisional period.
