JOB LOCATION :- Dhaka , Banglamotor (Nasir Trade Centre)

Working Hour:- 10 AM To 8 PM 6 days in a week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome to all (visitors) and Clients & provides according to visitors queries and requirements.

• Answer all incoming phone calls, keep notes and transfer to concern person/ Department if required.

• Receive all incoming letters, parcel and send to concern person on time.

• Execute daily PABX services.

• Maintaining Daily In and Out time.

• Must have practical experience in social media management and managing Facebook Ads Manager.

• Must possess excellent.

• Communication skills in both English and Bangla (written & verbal).

• Must be Proficient in using smartphones,laptops and various online tools.

• Online Sales : Promptly responding to customer comments and complaints and confirming orders across websites and various social media platforms,including Facebook and Instragram.

• Digital Marketing :- Efficiently managing and optimizing Facebook Ads ,Campaings , post boosting,and precise customer targeting to boost brand promotion and sales.

• Mobile bill,Provident fund

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2
