1. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through professional telephone communication.
2. Product Information & Order Support: Provide accurate information about melamine products, pricing, product availability, and order placement.
3. Sales Lead Generation: Contact potential customers, follow up on sales leads, and identify new business opportunities to support company sales growth.
4. Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling: Record customer feedback, resolve routine complaints, and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
