• Experience in the FMCG industry will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of market development, dealer management, and distribution networks.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate Sales Representatives.

• Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market surveys to identify business opportunities and market potential.

• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers to expand market coverage.

• Manage and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs) to ensure effective sales operations.

• Identify market size, potential customers, and business growth opportunities.

• Identify gap markets and develop strategies to increase product availability and sales.

• Analyze sales performance, identify market-related challenges, and implement effective solutions.
