Job Description :

As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function across all subsidiaries within the Group. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and enhancing internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan for the Group.

• Lead and manage a team of internal auditors.

• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for risk management and process improvement.

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
