Proven experience in outerwear merchandising is mandatory.

Candidates with buying office experience only will not be considered.

SAP working experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, product development and production processes.

Practical knowledge of washing, embroidery and printing techniques.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Good written English communication skills for customer, supplier and internal correspondence.

Ability to independently manage critical paths, coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution.

Job Context

Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited (CKDL), a leading garment manufacturing company specializing in high-quality outerwear and technical apparel, is seeking a competent and proactive Executive – Merchandising to manage product development and production follow-up. The candidate must possess strong merchandising knowledge and hands-on experience in outerwear manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage product development and production follow-up from initial development through shipment.

• Prepare and analyze garment costing, consumption and cost-related information.

• Manage fabric and trims sourcing, supplier coordination and material follow-up.

• Coordinate import and export documentation and shipment-related activities.

• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure timely development, material availability and production execution.

• Monitor washing, embroidery and printing requirements during development and bulk production.

• Maintain accurate merchandising data and prepare reports for management review.

• Analyze data, identify potential issues and ensure timely corrective follow-up.

• Monitor critical paths and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve shipment deadlines.
