Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
▪️ Prepare job descriptions for technical positions.
▪️ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
▪️ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
▪️ Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to identify qualified candidates.
▪️ Assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
▪️ Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
▪️ Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
▪️ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters when needed.
🎓 Educational Requirements
▪️ BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university.
✅ Additional Requirements
▪️ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment within the Software/IT industry.
▪️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
▪️ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
▪️ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law.
▪️ Proficiency in ATS platforms, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
▪️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
▪️ Strong professional ethics and problem-solving abilities.
