Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
∎ Attend all incoming telephone calls and transfer the line to the desired extension number properly and accurately.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatch them to concerned authorities by keeping records.
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well-functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, phone calls etc.
∎ Keep the database up-to-date with all contact information.
∎ Be conversant about the business nature of different units of the Group for quick response to satisfy the queries of clients.
∎ Receive both the incoming & outgoing mails and arrange delivery of the same properly and accurately.
∎ Handle the administrative support task.
∎ Responsible for administrative support functions and coordination.
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time position. We are looking for individuals that have ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding guest handling.
