  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Customer service attitude.

  • Must know computer applications, particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.

  • Please ensure that you handle incoming and outgoing calls with professional greetings.

  • Able to provide information, forward calls, take messages, and transfer information to the appropriate person.

  • Pass the information to the assigned persons accurately within the minimum possible time.

  • Maintain company standards to ensure high-quality service for every call.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Ensure punctual attendance.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
