∎ Answer phone calls, redirect calls to appropriate departments, and take messages.
∎ Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
∎ Register and issue visitor badges.
∎ Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
∎ Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date directory of employees and departments.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
∎ Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
∎ Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
