∎ Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer as required.
∎ Maintain the attendance register and visitor register.
∎ Attend to clients and visitors at reception very gentle way.
∎ Excellent communication and welcomes visitors by greeting them.
∎ Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Telling details about our service with clients. Office hours: 10 AM - 05 PM
