Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Collect and process customer orders accurately.
Manage POS (Point of Sale) billing and ensure proper cash handling.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer interactions.
