Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update visitor logs, employee in/out records, and correspondence registers.
∎ Welcome and assist visitors, including Board members and stakeholders, and direct them appropriately.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing letters/documents efficiently.
∎ Report to the Head of Admin, Head of Operations, or DMD as needed.
∎ Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
∎ Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
∎ Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
∎ Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and inform them to the relevant dept.
