Responsibilities & Context:
As a Front Desk Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with inquiries and requests.
Managing incoming calls and reservations efficiently.
Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Handling payments and billing accurately.
Providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with inventory, SCM and Customer Service Agents.
