Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ There are mandatory educational requirements to become a food and beverage supervisor. While on-the-job training remains the most important path to a successful career in food management, a two- or four-year degree in restaurant, hospitality or institutional food services management can give a prospective manager the edge, especially when applying for work in a fine-dining restaurant or another upscale establishment.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food & Beverage Waiter, Hotel Waiter, Restaurant Crew Waiter
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
∎ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
∎ Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
∎ Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
∎ Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
∎ Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations
∎ Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven food and beverage management experience
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Hotel management software, POS)
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
∎ Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
∎ Communication and leadership skills
∎ Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
∎ Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
∎ Guest-oriented and service-minded
∎ Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
∎ Duty meal, Uniform & Service Charge (8 to 10) K. which will be calculated after 30 days of joining
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
