Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Master of Science (M.Sc) major in Fisheries science or related fields from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Sylhet Agricultural University, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology or any other reputed university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on how to prevent the disease and increase the fertility of the fish.
∎ To report the exact cause of the death of the fish in the shortest possible time.
∎ If the fish is diseased necessary treatment should be arranged.
∎ To ensure regular feeding of fish in proper quantity and quality and to provide proper guidance in fish care.
∎ Regularly test the quality of water and take effective role in maintaining proper quality.
∎ To take preventive measures against diseases and pests of fish and to take necessary measures in case of pests and diseases.
∎ Collaborate on research and project development.
∎ Prepare research reports from time to time and provide regular explanations to the authorities.
∎ Work in accordance with the guidelines of the aquaculture system and authorities.
∎ Oversee the project and mitigate relevant problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of practical experience in the related fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bio folk Technology., Fish Breeding, Fish hatching, fish production, Hatchery Technician
Salary:
∎ Negotiable for suitable candidate
