Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Assist Managing Director & CEO and Leadership team to drive company goal and profitability.
∎ Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, Cap Ex management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Closely work with internal and external stakeholders (Banks, BB, NBFI, Insurance Co, etc.) to create values into business.
∎ Prepare reliable and credible Actual and forecasting reports on a regular basis and participate to develop operational strategies.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statement, balance sheet, cost sheet, etc.
∎ Lead to prepare reports to reflect the revenue, outstanding, collection report, quarterly / annual processes & deliver directly to the Management.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
∎ Liaise with departmental heads across the business in supporting their financial activities and provide adequate guidance.
∎ Manage Group Financial Consolidation.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
∎ Handle External and Statutory Auditors'.
∎ Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
∎ Manage and comply with Govt. reporting requirements and tax filings.
∎ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
∎ Ensure efficient Internal Control and Compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 10 years experience in Accounting & Finance Management System and 03 years experience in a similar position in reputed companies.
∎ Up to date Knowledge on IFRS, IAS, ISAs and other International and Local Standards
∎ Very Good knowledge in Taxation, VAT Laws and other fiscal matters
∎ Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
∎ Experience with creating financial statements
∎ Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
∎ Able to work under pressure
