Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities of project accountant
∎ Be responsible for the review of bills of various businesses occurred in various projects of the company, the accounting and reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable of various business units of various projects, and the revenue and expenditure business of various projects.
∎ Be responsible for checking whether the vouchers are consistent with the transaction transactions, checking the sub-ledger with the general ledger at the end of the month, and reflecting the increase and decrease of funds, transaction settlement and expenses in a timely manner.
∎ Be responsible for preparing accounting vouchers, completing the bookkeeping and accounting of project costs and transactions, ensuring that the voucher summary is clear and concise, the subject is properly used, the data is accurate, the attachments are complete, and the account vouchers are not altered.
∎ Establish an internal accounting system, assist the head office or project department leaders in formulating internal accounting methods and standards, record internal accounting data, analyze internal accounting results, and handle other matters related to internal accounting.
∎ Supervise the financial operation of the project department of the company, check the cash, receivable (payment) vouchers and receivable (payment) bills with the cashier in a timely manner, and ensure that the number of accounts and bills is clear.
∎ Regularly supervise the implementation of various contracts, timely feed back the problems found in the implementation of the contract, and be responsible for the establishment of the contract account of the Planning and Finance Department,
