Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a member of the SKS Inn team s/he will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ Overall management of the budget and financial resources with good internal control and risk management.
∎ Ensure all accounting and financial documents, transection history supported with evidence, proper record keeping as per policy.
∎ Facilitate timely purchase and supply of materials/inputs needed for implementation of the resort activities and ensure required compliance in the process.
∎ Review budget and monitor financial progress to inform management of the financial status for necessary actions.
∎ Coordinate with management on the Finance side to receive necessary guidance and technical advice to deal with fund management, government regulation, reporting and auditing.
∎ Monitoring day to day accounts keeping, petty cash management, software updating, company credit bill realization.
∎ As per government rules complains VAT & Tax.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel and Resort.
∎ Must speak, read. Write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
∎ A good level of English, and even a second foreign language.
