Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the over-all financial management of the project
∎ Provide management with regular financial analysis to inform monthly monitoring of project performance and donor reporting
∎ Prepares regular financial reports and works with Grants finance officer for timely submission of reports to donor
∎ Ensure compliances with WV and The Government of the Netherlands finance and administrative policies, standards, procedures and government VAT & Tax requirements
∎ Establish effective internal control in the financial management of Project
∎ Support the Project manager in integrated financial planning, budgeting and monitoring in accordance with grant guidelines &
∎ Ensure supply chain guidelines in relation with procurement of goods and services
∎ Maintain high confidentiality of documents and information and take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources
∎ Facilitate administrative functions and provide necessary support to Project team for smooth operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand development issues
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting
∎ Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English
∎ Competent in the use of computer programs (spreadsheets)
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting with any Accounting Software
∎ Strong Financial Analysis skills
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and administration
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
