∎ Age 24 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide operational oversight function on cash/bank transactions in the finance unit.
∎ Ensure accuracy of all data required for processing financial transactions to assigned accounts into the QuickBooks financial accounting package.
∎ Participate in the improvement of the accounting system and internal control. Follow up and review all project-related travel requests and liquidations in line with travel policy.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis for review by the Finance Lead timely
∎ Monitor balances in account receivables and payables, prepare reports on material exceptions to policies or identify long outstanding ones for corrective actions.
∎ Support the preparation of monthly and end-of-project financial reports.
∎ Provide team members with capacity-building support, information, tools, and other resources to improve performance and achieve team/organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure that all banking transactions are done on time with very minimum risk and in line with organizational policies.
∎ In collaboration with other finance staff, ensure that accurate records for all daily transactions are kept in the right format and place.
∎ Prepare balance sheets and other reports as may be required.
∎ Process invoices in support of payments as may be required.
∎ Review/record accounts payable and accounts receivable in line with organizational policies, and standards.
∎ Ensure that the financial system is always up to date with financial data.
∎ Manage petty cash.
∎ Perform any other accounting duty that may arise from time to time.
∎ Accomplish other tasks as requested by the Supervisor.

We also provide Tube-wells, Ablution Stations, toilets, Toilet Stations etc. monthly. Recently we have launched Shelter Project for homeless/helpless people, Mosque Set-up Project, Madrasah Build-up Project, Islamic Centre (Including Mosque and Madrasah) in the countryside of Bangladesh.
