Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Planning and Design:
∎ Civil Site Engineers participate in the initial stages of a project by conducting site investigations, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring designs meet technical specifications and safety standards.
∎ Site Preparation:
∎ This includes overseeing site clearing, grading, and ensuring proper drainage systems are in place.
∎ Quality Control and Assurance:
∎ They are responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all work meets specified standards and regulations.
∎ Safety Management:
∎ Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations is a critical aspect of their role.
∎ Resource Management:
∎ Managing materials, equipment, and labor resources is essential for efficient project execution.
∎ Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ Civil Site Engineers track project progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate with stakeholders about project status.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ They play a role in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
∎ Coordination and Communication:
∎ Effective communication with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders is crucial for successful project completion.
∎ Problem Solving:
∎ They are expected to identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction.
∎ Compliance:
∎ Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and permits is a key responsibility.
∎ Technical Expertise:
∎ They provide technical advice, interpret drawings, and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. In essence, Civil Site Engineers act as the on-site leaders, ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the project plans and specifications.

The foundation`s goal is to improve the quality of life of the underprivileged community alongside alleviating their suffering and hardship. We want their sufferings to be alleviated. Alhamdulillah, we have already done many humanitarian works and are still doing it. Orphan/Helpless Merit Children Sponsorship Project is our continuous project. We also provide Tube-wells, Ablution Stations, toilets, Toilet Stations etc. monthly. Recently we have launched Shelter Project for homeless/helpless people, Mosque Set-up Project, Madrasah Build-up Project, Islamic Centre (Including Mosque and Madrasah) in the countryside of Bangladesh.
