∎ Post -Graduation in Finance and Accounting or any other relevant subject. Partly CA qualified will be preferable.

Job Context:
∎ Report to Head of Finance and Administration
∎ Contract Duration 02 Years from Joining Date
∎ Working Conditions Country Office and Project Locations:
∎ Purpose Assist the team by providing efficient financial data management through ERP for the achievement of overall objective of the organization. S/he will be responsible for managing partner financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, in-house controlling, and financial monitoring of the partner.
∎ Engagement :
∎ Closely work with Head of Finance and Administration and other staffs for smooth day-to-day payment process and sharing required financial data.
∎ Deal with external vendors for various types of payment.
∎ Regular monitor PNGOs expenses, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance etc.
∎ Consolidated all partner expenses quarterly and burn rate report for the organization
∎ Delivery :
∎ Consolidated partner expenses report, Budget preparation, monitoring visit report PNGOs.
∎ Check the documents make cheque requisition, update monthly basis data entry in ERP system and ensure all the bank payment related document are documented properly.
∎ Financial report for donor and NGOAB.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01 Documents Verification 15%
∎ Checking the accuracy of the cost center of the bills before making cheque requisition.
∎ Checking the accuracy of the activity mentioned in the bills before entering the data into the execution template.
∎ Assist the to manage the financial transactions in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in the preparation of financial reports as required
∎ Ensure all journal vouchers are complete, accurate, and relevant.
∎ Ensure proper deduction of VAT & Tax and prepare Tax and VAT challan.
∎ 02 Partner Monitoring 55%
∎ Review monthly expenses report of PNGOs
∎ Capacity building to partners through training and coaching
∎ Prepare and review partner budget
∎ Review Partner fund request and disburse fund to PNGOs
∎ Conduct financial monitoring visit to Partners and produce report
∎ Conduct Risk Assessment and due diligence of PNGOs
∎ Consolidated all PNGOs expense for Educo FD6
∎ Consolidated PNGOs VAT and Tax information for Educo FD6
∎ Ensure compliance of policies and agreement of the partners
∎ 03 Assist in ERP Accounting Data Entry 15%
∎ Assist in completing Monthly execution by entering data in the EPR Globe system within specified timeframe.
∎ Report generation from ERP Globe.
∎ Backs up important data files to secure storage system.
∎ 04 Reporting 15%
∎ Assist to prepare Donor Report
∎ Assist to prepare fund request to Head Office
∎ Prepare Financial statements for NGOAB audit and coordination to auditor
∎ Assist and prepare FD6, FD2, FD3, fund clearance and annual report as per requirement of NGOAB
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of working experience in Finance and Accounts department, preferably in a National / International NGO.
∎ Required experience in PNGOs management, accounting software, Reporting, Documentation etc.
∎ Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with team members
∎ Be patient and have team building attitude by being respectful to others
∎ Have skill to prioritize tasks under pressure and to understand the situation
∎ Capacity to deliver job timely and balance work-life
∎ Positive attitude, sensible and clear understanding of gender perspective
∎ Leadership Skills, Proactive and Empathetic
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capacity
∎ Language:
∎ Position requires both Bangla and English at standard level.
∎ Knowledge and Skills:
∎ Advanced knowledge on M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, and Accounting software.
∎ Good knowledge about FD6, FD7, FD2, FD3.
∎ Country's Tax and Value add Tax related laws.
∎ Proper knowledge on accounting software management.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary is BDT 64,776 (Taka Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Six only).

∎ Provident Fund (10% Contributory), Gratuity, 02 Festival Bonuses, Insurance, Leave Encashment and other admissible benefits as per Educo People and Culture Policy.
