Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Master's degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably with NGOs.
∎ Partly completed CA/ICMA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Goverment liaison

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct liaison with NGOAB's and other government agencies to ensure NGOAB legal requirement for projects.
∎ Assist to ensure compliance with BNM finance policies, standards, procedures and Government VAT /Tax, Revenue requirements
∎ Assist for Internal, External, Donor & Govt. Audit team and provide document based on requirements.
∎ Preparation of NGOAB budget and FD_1-9, budget, NGO Paripatro as well as support to NGOAB related work.
∎ Close controlling on accounting software related activities head office and field offices regularly.
∎ Ensures that accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Payroll (including the payment of taxes and filing of tax reports) are accurately processed in accordance with policies and procedures.
∎ Complete day to day financial transition and maintain the necessary documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Diplomatic approach
∎ Requires knowledge of using accounting software
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Bangla and in English.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of government functions
