∎ Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
∎ Experience handling external audits and financial monitoring visits.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
∎ Mentally adaptable to work in FDMN camp and host in Cox's Bazar District.
∎ Strong facilitation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall financial operations of the organization and ensure compliance with donor and government regulations.
∎ Responsibilities for financial administration of the RWWS’s Project
∎ Introduce and maintain books of accounts as per the requirement of the donor.
∎ Follow the guideline of head office finance department as approved by RWWS financial policy.
∎ Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for ongoing projects.
∎ Preparing all vouchers, handling cash, computer posting of the vouchers, maintain cashbook, bank reconciliation etc. required for running the day-to-day financial activities of the project.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to donors including UN, INGO and other partners.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date accounting system using appropriate financial software.
∎ Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closings, bank reconciliations, and fund management.
∎ Supervise and build the capacity of the finance and accounts team.
∎ Maintain internal control systems to safeguard organizational assets and prevent fraud.
∎ Ensure timely audit preparation and coordinate with auditors for annual or donor-specific audits.
∎ Monitor grant disbursement, compliance, and spending in line with approved budgets.
∎ Collaborate with HR and Admin for payroll, vat & tax, procurement finance, and other operational areas.
∎ Develop and maintain financial policies, manuals, and procedures in line with best practices.
∎ Adhere to organizational safeguarding policies and ensure a safe environment.
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns or GBV incidents according to the protocol.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management and compliance across RWWS’s projects funded by UN agencies and other international donors. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, donor compliance, and capacity building of the finance team. The position requires strong experience in working with both national and international NGOs.
