  • Age At least 23 years
  • 1-3 years of working experience in finance, HR or administration in Bangladesh.

  • Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing); native Bengali speaker.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), familiar with WeChat Work, capable of bookkeeping and report preparation.

  • Sound knowledge of local tax laws, labor laws and relevant financial & HR procedures in Bangladesh.

  • Honest, meticulous, responsible and resilient; strong execution and communication skills.

  • Candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

SUNDAR (China) International Trade Co., Ltd. is a legally registered enterprise in Bangladesh, specializing in international trade and local market services. We primarily support Chinese foreign trade enterprises, focusing on market channel development, client maintenance and localized after-sales services across Bangladesh.

Our parent manufacturing entity, Foshan Xucan Technology Co., Ltd., is a 20-year-old local enterprise in China engaged in industrial and home appliance supporting industries. It is a physical manufacturer integrating product R&D, production and manufacturing, with a full product range including home appliance accessories, special machinery and production moulds for home appliance manufacturing. Focused purely on R&D and production, the factory has no independent capacity for international trade, overseas market operation or customer development.

To undertake export business and expand global trade channels, Foshan Osno Technology Co., Ltd. was established as the exclusive foreign trade arm. It takes full charge of all export businesses, cross-border trade liaison and overseas order coordination for products manufactured by Foshan Xucan Technology Co., Ltd.

To further explore the Bangladeshi market, implement refined local operation, improve overseas service systems and enhance customer experience, SUNDAR (China) International Trade Co., Ltd. was set up in Bangladesh. As the dedicated offshore operation and local service platform for Foshan Osno Technology Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh, we are fully responsible for local client development, channel expansion, product consultation, pre-sales communication, customer retention and localized after-sales support. We deliver one-stop on-the-ground services and build a complete service chain connecting Chinese suppliers and end clients in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, we conduct legitimate businesses including international trade, local wholesale and retail. Our product portfolio covers industrial cutters & tools, home appliances and accessories, mechanical equipment, various moulds, as well as steel materials for home appliances and kitchenware production.

Job Responsibilities

Finance Work

  • Manage daily accounting, income & expense records, cash flow and bank transactions.

  • Prepare daily and monthly financial reports, check invoices and receipts.

  • Assist legal counsel with tax declaration, VAT settlement, audit and other compliance matters.

  • Process expense reimbursement, payroll calculation and maintain capital accounts.

  • Purchase office supplies and daily necessities.

  • Arrange transportation for business trips.

  • Submit bilingual (Chinese & English) financial reports to China management on a regular basis.

HR & Administrative Work

  • Conduct recruitment, interviews, onboarding, resignation procedures and labor contract management.

  • Manage attendance, leave and overtime records; handle social insurance, individual income tax and salary disbursement.

  • Maintain employee files and apply for work permits and other relevant certificates.

  • Manage employee relations and labor disputes in compliance with Bangladeshi labor laws.

  • Submit bilingual (Chinese & English) HR reports to China management regularly.

  • Arrange staff logistics and daily transportation.

  • Assist with general administrative work, document management and office facility maintenance.

  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
