∎ Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting
∎ Skills Required: MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ CASH MANAGEMENT
∎ Establish a daily/weekly statement of needs for the mission
∎ Carry out withdrawals and payment of advances in accordance with established procedures
∎ Keep the advance books and cash journal updated
∎ Perform payments in the field
∎ Manage salary payment according to payroll validated by the HR and Finance Managers
∎ ACCOUNTANCY
∎ Ensure that supporting documents are in compliance with internal and donors procedures
∎ Ensure that accounting documents are translated if necessary
∎ Record all entries according to the internal procedures
∎ Operating bank reconciliations and editing paper version
∎ Proper filing of monthly bank statements
∎ Provide support for the monthly closing
∎ Ensure the voucherisation and the archiving of accounting documents according to internal procedures
∎ VAT & TAX PAYMENTS
∎ The process to payment of VAT and Taxes through Treasury Chalan
∎ Ensure compliance of VAT and Tax policy before booking.
∎ Control the effectiveness of VAT and Tax payments deposit into bank
∎ Keep separate files for VAT & Tax payment records
∎ REPORTING
∎ Ensure the creation of reports requested by her/his Supervisor
∎ Take part of the weekly finance meeting
∎ OTHER
∎ Cooperate with other departments and support them
∎ Liaise with the bank(s) and develop a good working relationship.
∎ Undertake any other responsibility as requested by her/his Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skills with MS Excel [compulsory], MS Word
∎ Working experience in Accountancy [compulsory]
Salary: Tk. 39750 (Monthly)
