Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or relevant degree from recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation of Grant projects which included invoices, agreement, and other related documents.
∎ Assist to prepare and analysis the monthly financial report and share with project team in monthly basis. Provide information team members and guided them based on budget and actual status.
∎ Assist Operations and Programmes teams in regular review and understanding of grant financial reports.
∎ Ensure proper coding and documentation of cost allocation percentage for all kind of share cost as utilities, office rent, vehicle log sheet, vehicle cost etc. as per the donor/ WFP requirement.
∎ File up record of all Labour Distribution Reports (LDR), Time sheets and codes both soft and hard copy as per the donor requirement.
∎ Ensure all backup copy in server for each voucher and documents within the time line.
∎ Keep track of vendor payments, including Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) pipeline reports
∎ Ensure Asset register and reporting by following WV and donor standard.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and filing of all the documents and voucher with proper way within the time line.
∎ Assist Grants finance coordinator to complete and submit the financial reports Invoices to the Donor within deadlines.
∎ Communicate with the Donor if required.
∎ Maintain required confidentiality for important documents.
∎ Assist in the establishment and maintenance of sound internal controls to prevent errors and fraud in grants.
∎ Ensure that all the required financial and non-financial information is available prior to the audit.
∎ Support to auditor during audit time.
∎ Visit project sites to verify the quality of goods and service delivered, discussed financial & operational status with the Finance Officer and Project Manager for operational effectiveness.
∎ •Assist to prepare project budget in accordance with Grants guidelines and submitted to within deadline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Understand development and emergency humanitarian issues
∎ Training and Facilitation skills
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English
∎ Competent in the use of computer
∎ Excellent Knowledge in Ms. Office (Ms. excel, Ms word, Ms power point)
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting
∎ At least 1 year experience in Grants management
∎ Experience in Emergency response is preferred
∎ Should live in the project working area and fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and ability to work under stressful situation.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
