∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের হিসাব রক্ষণের জন্য যাবতীয় খাতা, টালী, সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ নগদ বই, ব্যাংক বুক এন্ট্রি এবং পোস্টিং (সমস্ত ভাউচার প্রস্তুতসহ) কাজসমূহ সম্পাদন করতে হবে।
∎ দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক, মাসিক ও বাৎসরিক হিসাব প্রস্তুত করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
∎ সকল প্রকার রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য কাজও করতে হবে।
