Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com (Accounting/Finance) or MBA and relevant subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to select and negotiate with local service providers, within the established financial parameters.
∎ Assist to ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation, bank statement and other related documentations and submit reports to headquarters as per prescribed deadlines.
∎ Assist to implement financial policies, procedure and requirement and ensure all financial activities are accordance with organization and donor guidelines.
∎ Assist to budget Analysis and disbursement as per Project budget activity line and Prepare month- wise expenditure plan in consultation with ProjectTeam Leader and Head of Finance & Accounts
∎ Assist to maintain proper cash control, books of accounts and other financial documents.
∎ Assist to closely monitor financial activities of the project.
∎ Check and verify bills and provide payments.
∎ Verify all types of financial transaction at random basis.
∎ Provide other financial support required during the project implementation.
∎ Assist to ensure timely and effective follow up to audit observations and recommendations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with NGO, Development Agency on Finance & Accounts
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Finance management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
