Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting &Management, Business studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Finance and Admin Officer will be responsible for providing support for preparing / reviewing project budget, tracking grants expenditure, managing books of accounts and administrative / logistic support required by the project team. The incumbent will also be responsible for working with the Plan Barisal Divisional team on budgeting, financial reporting and compliances including internal and external audits.
∎ Major Deliverables:
∎ Reviews vendors' bills and process for payments
∎ Works with project team members for developing and reviewing budget and reporting and compliance related issues.
∎ Prepares monthly and quarterly expenditure report for the team and the divisional office of Plan International Bangladesh.
∎ Provides supports to the project team for managing budget modification and projecting indicative grants funding.
∎ Ensures audit follow-ups and provide inputs in establishing internal controls.
∎ Conducts and facilitates procurement of goods and services in compliance with donor/organizational rules and regulations.
∎ Carries out vendor enlistment/validation, procurement /service arrangements for project implementation.
∎ Provides administrative support for project implementation at local level
∎ Reports to the Upazila Coordinator.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3 years In the similar discipline

Salary: Tk. 29538 (Monthly)
