Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably Social Science, English or any related subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the field level works to implement all activities with team
∎ Regular program visit
∎ Supervise the Field Staffs as well as help in their daily works as necessary
∎ Liaison with the community
∎ Arrange monthly/quarterly/ emergency meetings with the parents/community and document
∎ Update different tools i.e child profile, center profile etc
∎ Maintain various registers of the centers
∎ Keep record of various project works and events
∎ Facilitate in different trainings
∎ Assist the Project Manager in preparing various report
∎ Prepare decoration/ learning/toy materials for the centers
∎ Coordinate with the visitor, evaluation, accounts department and/or audit teams
∎ Networking and liaison with every stakeholder to arrange programs, workshops, seminars and meetings to disseminate and broadcast all the projects information
∎ Take any necessary steps with consent of the Phulki management and the Donors in case of emergency or according to the need of the project.
∎ Report to the Project Manager and Field Co-coordinator for the smooth operation of the project
∎ Responsible to conduct other works assigned by the Project Manager and/ or Executive Director

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work Experience of at least 3-5 years preferably in Tea Estates with children
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
∎ Have proficient skill in English and Bangla Speaking and writing
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Both male and females are encouraged to apply
