Ensure proper customer service and handle customer queries or complaints when necessary.
Look after the dumping point and bulk product.
Train new sales staff and develop their product knowledge and selling techniques.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
