Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Generation: Identify potential customers or patients in the assigned territory by conducting research, analyzing demographics, and utilizing existing databases.
∎ Door-to-Door Sales: Visit homes, businesses, and other establishments within the assigned area to promote the hospital's services and facilities. Engage with potential customers, explain the hospital's offerings, and highlight its unique features and benefits.
∎ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring regular follow-ups and addressing their inquiries or concerns. Build trust and bond with potential patients and their families.
∎ Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the hospital's services, medical specialties, treatment procedures, and facilities. Stay updated on the latest advancements and Hospital technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
∎ Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the hospital management. Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques and strategies.
∎ Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the local healthcare market, competitor activities, and industry trends. Provide feedback and suggestions to the marketing team based on customer insights and market research.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or other systems provided by the hospital.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies. Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to help refine marketing initiatives.
∎ Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential patients. Address their concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales achievements, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement. Share updates and progress with the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
∎ Any other task is assigned by the Management.
