Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct house visits to potential clients to promote and explain the company's services.
∎ Persuade property owners to avail of the company's services and benefits.
∎ Record property details accurately on the company website after obtaining owner consent.
∎ Effectively sell company packages to interested property owners.
∎ Meet daily targets for property listings and package sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum education qualification: HSC passed.
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
∎ Must possess a smartphone.
∎ Previous sales or customer interaction experience is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission: Additional commission for meeting daily sales targets.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
