Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Anthropology / Social Sciences / Development Studies / International Relations / Mass Communication / Public Health / Environmental Science / Disaster Management or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning and organizing the field level project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Data collection for producing case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the project and recommend the further measures for ensuring progress.
∎ Monitoring the program activities and collection and compilation of data on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the management).
∎ Participating in meetings on M&E, & with other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
∎ Follow and maintain the disciplines properly as mentioned in the Service Rules of NGO Forum.
∎ Work in true-spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to speak English and Cox's Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Should have knowledge on WASH, Public Health, Community mobilization, PRA tools and techniques.
∎ Experience in community mobilization and WaSH related activities implementation at in Rohingya Refugee communities.
∎ Should have knowledge on humanitarian principals and attitude to work in disaster areas with/without family as and when required.
∎ Experiences to use different tools and techniques for collecting data from community level.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Computed skill to use different software for data collection, entry and analysis.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
