Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Hypertension Control Initiative (BHCI)-Community Refilling
∎ National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh
∎ National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh is a service oriented, non-profit organization, supported and approved by the Government of Bangladesh. The Foundation is working for treatment, control and prevention of cardiovascular disease in Bangladesh. It operates one of the largest cardiac care hospitals in the country. Apart from clinical services, the Foundation implements several projects including hypertension control program, tobacco control program, trans-fat elimination program, road safety program etc.
∎ Currently NHFB is looking for few Field Monitoring Assistants for its` Bangladesh Hypertension Control Initiative (BHCI). Interested candidates meeting the requirements (mentioned below) are requested to apply at earliest. Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled.
∎ Contract duration: For 11 months initially (with possibility of extension).
∎ Joining Date: 15 March 2023.
∎ Working Area: Sub-District/Upazila Level.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support screening and refilling system at Community Clinics.
∎ Communicate with local level facilitator or stakeholders, Community Group & Community Support Group regarding BHCI.
∎ Monitoring & reporting activity regularly to NHFB team.
∎ Assist in organizing any advocacy in union/community level/observe special days regarding health awareness.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work as a team member.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Reporting and documentation skill.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work with Mobile Technology (operate, Apps etc).

∎ As per Program rules.
