Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduate /Masters in Anthropolog y/ Social Sciences / English Literature / Development Studies / International Relations / Mass Communication & Journalism / Public Health / Environmental Science / Disaster Management or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.


Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Context:
∎ Maintaining Access to Safe Water and Sanitation for Rohingyas in Bangladesh Project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for regular data collection on camp based WASH activities for ensuring the quality and quantity of field activities.
∎ Analyze the data collected from field and report timely.
∎ Conduct and facilitate any assessment through applying different assessment tools like; FGD, KII, survey, etc. and report accordingly.
∎ Find out the significant success history from individual or group or institutions and develop success story report.
∎ Prepare and plan achievement based monthly field monitoring report and analyze.
∎ Keep the Project Management Team update with the necessary information in daily basis.
∎ Participate and documentation of any camp-based coordination meeting.
∎ Participate training, orientation, workshop or any meeting as and when required by the project management.
∎ Keep in update every activity on hygiene promotion, community mobilization, Water and sanitation related technical issues with implementation modalities,
∎ Keep in touch every activities & plan of camp level activities with participant in view of participatory monitoring aspect.
∎ Assist to camp team to prepare any kinds of field level event reports.
∎ Assist to camp team to prepare results-based work plan and progress report.
∎ Assist camp team to develop any report and documentation of project activities.
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders and other relevant implementing partners of the project at camp level.
∎ Asst. to develop ideas to minimize the emerged crisis as per the field contexts.
∎ Asst. to facilitate donors to conduct field visits as and when required.
∎ Make good understanding and maintain participatory coordination approach with camp team and person of concern.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have clear understanding & experience in baseline survey, sanitation decommissioning, M&E process and tools.
∎ Have experience in multi-culture work environment.
∎ Proven skills and competencies to work with MS/ Excel, MS Access, SPSS is preferable.
∎ Good communication and networking skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of NGO Forum core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.


Salary: Tk. 68426 (Monthly)
