Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Field Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and building strong brand awareness in the market. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
∎ Developing and executing innovative field marketing strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential target areas and customer segments.
∎ Planning and executing promotional events, product demonstrations, and campaigns at various locations.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners and vendors.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all campaigns.
∎ Analyzing the effectiveness of field marketing activities and providing regular reports to the management.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and partners effectively.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Flexibility to travel within the designated area for field marketing activities.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office and marketing software/tools.
∎ Having a personal motorbike.
