∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
∎ Fluency in English Language

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular based Doctor visit and maintain an impactful relationship.
∎ Maintains a deep understanding of the community and outpatient mental health business model and applies knowledge in collaboration with internal teams to develop effective messaging and materials
∎ Uses insights, data, and analyzes referral sources for the customer acquisition process while identifying opportunities for additional outreach or improvement for revenue generating opportunities
∎ Builds relationships with industry partners and related communities by establishing on-going communication methods, providing relevant information about the service delivery model identifying partners who will are an integral part of it and outreach efforts
∎ Increases visibility of the organizations mental health expertise through initiation and promotion of unique content offerings such as webinars, podcasts, blogs, infographics, speaking engagements and community events
∎ Achieving sales target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, communications experience and demonstrated success planning and implementing a marketing campaign
∎ Experience in healthcare will get priority.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile Allowance: 1000 BDT
∎ (TA/DA will be provided by company)
