Responsibilities & Context:
Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the
BPO and PSO under your supervision.
Training and motivating BPO and PSO.
Traveling to customer sites and evaluating BPO and PSO.
Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each BPO and PSO.
Submitting the generated reports to authority.
Providing training programs to BPO and PSO to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring BPO and PSO adhere to the rules.
