Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of field implementation experience in development, health, or community-based projects.

• Experience in supervising community workers or volunteers will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong facilitation skills for community sessions and trainings.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership ability to supervise outreach workers and youth volunteers.

• Event organization and community mobilization experience.

• Willingness to travel and work in rural/field areas.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data collection tools.

Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) (<www.ypsa.org>) is an organization for sustainable development working in the Greater Chattogram Division including the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is currently implementing the project titled "Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh”.

Job Location: Project Office/Field Area

Position Summary:

The Field Implementation Officer will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day field-level activities of the project, ensuring effective community engagement, quality service delivery, and timely implementation of interventions. He/She will supervise outreach workers and youth volunteers, facilitate community sessions on SRHR, Nutrition, and other project-related issues, and organize field-level events. The role requires close coordination with beneficiaries, local stakeholders, and the project team to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project activities at the field level in line with the approved work plan.
• Supervise and guide outreach workers and youth volunteers to ensure effective delivery of field activities.
• Facilitate community-level sessions on SRHR, Nutrition, and other project-related issues.
• Organize and support field-level events, campaigns, and awareness activities.
• Mobilize communities, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to ensure participation in project interventions.
• Collect data, maintain records, and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Identify field-level challenges and share solutions with the project team.
• Coordinate with local government institutions, health facilities, and community groups.
• Support documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational policies.
• Promote safeguarding, child safeguarding, gender equality, and organizational values in all activities.
