The organization is going to implement 5 (Five) years (1st March 2025 to 30 September 2029) Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising Rights and Building Resilience project an integrated approaches to end child early & force marriage (CEFM) project funded by NORAD. Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising Rights and Building Resilience project will be implemented in Pathogata & Bamna Upazila of Barguna District in partnership with Plan International Bangladesh. Job Location: Union - based position under Pathorghta and Bamna Upazila of Barguna Districts

Role Purpose: The Field Facilitator - Youth Economic Empowerment will be responsible for conducting wealth ranking for identifying targeted households at village level. He/She will conduct regular sessions for groups and will provide supports for developing Family Development and Business Development Plans. The incumbent will also conduct local market scan, and will provide technical support for promoting self and wage employment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops union-based work plan for beneficiary’s selection
• Conduct PRA with target people and formation of the group.
• Facilitate for Family development plan, Individual plan and business development plan and roll it out.
• Facilitates various sessions for raising awareness in the community.
• Organizes different events in line with the project interventions.
• Provides reports to the team as per the implementation plans.
• Regular household visit and accompany group members in the local level.
• Any other job assigned by project personnel of RDF
