Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising Rights and Building Resilience project will be implemented in Pathogata & Bamna Upazila of Barguna District in partnership with Plan International Bangladesh. Job Location: Union - based position under Pathorghta and Bamna Upazila of Barguna Districts
Role Purpose: The Field Facilitator - Youth Economic Empowerment will be responsible for conducting wealth ranking for identifying targeted households at village level. He/She will conduct regular sessions for groups and will provide supports for developing Family Development and Business Development Plans. The incumbent will also conduct local market scan, and will provide technical support for promoting self and wage employment.
