The organization is going to implement 5 (Five) years (1st March 2025 to 30 September 2029) Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising Rights and Building Resilience project an integrated approaches to end child early & force marriage (CEFM) project funded by NORAD. Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising Rights and Building Resilience project will be implemented in Pathogata & Bamna Upazila of Barguna District in partnership with Plan International Bangladesh. Role Purpose: The Field Facilitator - SRHR will be responsible for conducting wealth ranking for identifying targeted households at village level. He/ She will conduct regular sessions for groups and will provide supports about SRHR issue. The incumbent will also conduct School based interventions.

Job Location

Union-based position under Pathorghta and Bamna Upazila of Barguna Districts

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops work plan for the school and community-based interventions.

• Conduct regular sessions for groups and school.

• The incumbent will provide technical support for promoting SRHR issue at community level.

• Incumbent will work with the adolescents and youth, parents, community leaders, school committee members and other gatekeepers for raising awareness and changing existing harmful SRHR norms.

• Reports to the Technical Officer SRHR and Technical Officer-Education based in assigned Union.

• Regular household visit and accompany group members in the local level.

• Maintaining liaison with local government

• Any other job assigned by project personnel of RDF
