Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context.  However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience with National and/or International NGO(s) in the field of, safeguarding of children and project participants as well as in the field of youth development and their social and economic empowerment.

• Working experience in Child Sponsorship Program will be preferred as the selected candidate will have closely work with organization’s Sponsored Children and their families.

• Experience identifying needs for skills training on income generating activities, create access to marketable employment/income generating skills and/or developing youth entrepreneurs.

• Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.   

• Experience in Supporting and Monitoring the appropriate Economic Empowerment Schemes.

• Assist the supervisor with quality data, documentation and reporting.

• Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.

Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its Sponsorship Funded Program from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna district. Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”. RDF is directly working with about 7,000 Sponsored Children, Educational Institutions (SBK, Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary).
