Responsibilities & Context:

Responsible for proper storage of raw materials, accessories, chemicals, and finished products with accurate record-keeping. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods for billing purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive standard quality raw materials, accessories, and chemicals with required documentation and verify quantity as per requirement. Report any shortages within 3 working days.
  • Ensure timely in-house distribution of necessary materials and accessories per job order.
  • Return rejected raw materials/accessories to Procurement and relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate entries in store registers and software as per job requirements.
  • Submit GRNs and SRNs promptly.
  • Distribute raw materials properly and update delivery records in registers, software, and Google/Excel sheets.
  • Prepare and send weekly materials demand reports to the Logistics Department.
  • Maintain stock records for locally procured production-related items.
  • Update weekly/monthly stock levels for raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods.
  • Record and receive excess returned materials from production sections.
  • Receive standard quality finished products from relevant sections with required documentation.
  • Return defective or altered finished products to the respective section and re-receive after correction.
  • Verify price tags as per approved costing before dispatch.
  • Distribute finished products to the concerned department and update records accordingly.
  • Safely store unsent/returned finished products as per job order.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper organization within the store premises.
  • Collect, package, and send finished products to the Sales Department for billing.
  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
