Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
∎ The FF should have Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 3-4 years working experiences in development sector.

Job Context:
∎ DCPUK is implementing the project titled `Capacity and Confidence of Harijan Communities (CC-HC)`` in Rangpur city corporation and Saidpur Purashava with support technical and financial support of Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) and UKAid .DCPUK is going to works with the Harijan communities to promote their social and economic condition, with broader views of human rights and governance. In order to implement the project DCPUK is seeking the qualified team member according to the following conditions.
∎ Field Facilitator (FF) is reportable to Project Officer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formation and session conduction Adhikar Surakkha Committee in the Harijan communities.
∎ Organize quarterly coordination meetings with ward commissioner for provide support to the Harijan communities.
∎ Organize workshop/seminar and conference at city corporation and municipality areas for ensuring human rights of Harijan communities.
∎ Conduction/Facilitation field base training for Adhikar Surakkha Committee in the Harijan communities.
∎ Build relationship with govt. and NGO counterparts at community level for effective project implementation of Community Mobilization activities as per project strategy and plan.
∎ Effective facilitation for functioning of community support groups to ensure health, education and other services for Harijan communities.
∎ Build up Link with Govt. depart for provide skill and IGA training for Harijan communities.
∎ Organize /participate in national and International day observation with GOs-NGOs.
∎ Prepare periodic progress reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ S/he should have understanding on needs and constraints of marginalized communities.
∎ At least 3-4 years experienced, preference will be given who directly work for marginalized population specially Harijan communities.
∎ Proven skills on facilitating community led process and establishing sustainable community groups.
∎ Strong computer skills including Internet, MS word, MS Excel
∎ Ability to conduct and facilitate training.
∎ Good skills in planning, organizing and monitoring.

Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
