Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in any discipline from a recognized institution in Barisal Division or nationally.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Facilitator-Education will be responsible for working with school student in the assigned school. The incumbent will work with the adolescents and youth, parents, community leaders, school committee members and other gatekeepers for raising awareness and changing existing girls' education. S/he will be the face of the project in the school. S/he will report to the Technical Officer Education.
∎ Major Deliverables
∎ Develops work plan for the school based interventions
∎ Facilitates various sessions for raising awareness in schools.
∎ Facilitates and develops safe spaces for the adolescent girls to discuss their issues in school.
∎ Organizes different events in line with the project interventions.
∎ Works with the relevant committee in the Union Parishad for strengthening community based child protection system.
∎ Reports to the Technical Officer Education.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3 years In the similar discipline

Salary: Tk. 15692 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Annual increment & festival bonus as per RDF HR Policy
