Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline from reputed University. (Social Science/Relevant Subject will be preferable, education can be flexible for more experienced women candidate).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community and mobilization and all type of group formation.
∎ Implement activities as per monthly, quarterly as well as yearly plan.
∎ Visit to the field on everyday basis and monitor all types of group work.
∎ Arrange and facilitate group meeting.
∎ Facilitate formation of Executive Committee of groups and conduct meeting.
∎ Conduct courtyard session in the group meeting.
∎ Facilitate training on different issues.
∎ Attend meeting /training/workshop as when/where required.
∎ Monitor group activities.
∎ Rising of case study.
∎ Referring victims to service providers.
∎ Facilitate victims in gaining access to justice.
∎ Assist Project Officer and Project Coordinator in preparing report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Age can be flexible depending on experiences & female candidates.
∎ 03 years of working experience on relevant job. (Experience can be flexible for women candidate)
∎ Knowledge and experience in gender/women human rights/Violence against women /Right based approach/ Social Accountability tools.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Strong report writing skills both English and Bangla to clearly articulate the issues of interest.
∎ Preparation to ride bicycle.
∎ Strong organizational management skills.
∎ Strong command to organize training, workshop & seminar
∎ Proven commitment and knowledge to gender equality and disability.
∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results
∎ Strong ability to work in a team and be supportive to others'.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with different stakeholder and project beneficiaries.
∎ "Women candidates are encouraged to apply" and local candidates will be given priority.
Salary:
∎ BDT 16,500 (Sixteen thousand five hundred).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly increment, Festival bonus is equal to one month salary and other admissible benefits as per provision of Project.
