Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Management of multi-sector program(s) with child protection, youth empowerment, skill development, WASH and/or health components
∎ Extensive experience in all aspects of team management based on effective planning and communication.
∎ Excellent writing, reporting, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Bengali.
∎ At least 3 years experience in a similar position/high management position in the field, 6 years' total experience in humanitarian response.
∎ Work experience in rural conflict-affected areas.
∎ Previous budget responsibility of 3 million USD per year.
∎ Significant knowledge and experience in project cycle management as well as logistics, admin, human resource and finance.
∎ Significant knowledge of international humanitarian response, policies, guidelines, and donors
∎ Experienced in camp settings, subdistrict and district level operation and working modality in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations in an intercultural environment.
∎ Skills in creating and developing a good working environment and team cohesion.
∎ Flexible and able to adapt quickly to fast pace complex dynamics and changing contexts, you have cultural sensitivity and experience working in conflict-sensitive areas. Responsive, motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative.
